Every 15 minutes, one call. Only when the odds say so.
A TradingView indicator for 15-minute Bitcoin markets: one locked call, its probability, and its maximum entry price — or NO TRADE.
TRADE READPrice is above the price to beat by more than the move expected in the time remaining. Volume, trend and chop are shown as context only.
01 — WHAT YOU JUST SAW
The four parts of the window
The example window at the top of this page is the whole decision in one frame. Each of its four parts has a fixed job — what they mean is set out below. The replay after them is interactive: choose a setup and run a window yourself.
The Strike Zone
The framed window in the chart. The cone starts narrow at the price to beat — the gold diamond — and widens toward the close, because price can travel further in the time remaining. The trail inside the cone is the live price path.
Probability
83% in the hero example: the estimated chance the call still holds at the close. NOIR issues a call only at 80% or higher by default. Below that threshold, there is no call.
Maximum entry price
≤ 79¢ in the hero example: the highest price per contract at which the call still makes sense, fees included. If the market is above that level, the edge no longer holds at that price and the call should not be taken.
NO TRADE
If distance, volatility, and time do not meet the threshold, NOIR reports NO TRADE and no position is taken in that window. Sitting out a weak setup is part of the process, not a missed signal.
How to use the replay: choose a setup below. Watch the price trail move inside the Strike Zone as the window runs. At the lock time you pick, the call locks — or NOIR reports NO TRADE if the probability does not reach 80%.
RUN A WINDOW — CHOOSE A SETUP
ILLUSTRATIVE REPLAY MADE FOR THIS PAGE. THE PRICE PATH IS SIMULATED TO SHOW HOW A WINDOW IS EVALUATED AND SETTLED — IT IS NOT LIVE DATA, NOT A REAL SIGNAL, AND NOT A RESULT. THE LOCK TIME IN THIS DEMO IS FIXED AT T-MINUS 4:00; IN NOIR, YOU PICK WHEN THE CALL LOCKS, FROM 1 TO 14 MINUTES BEFORE THE CLOSE.
02 — HOW IT WORKS
How the call is made
Every window follows the same three steps. NOIR checks the setup against a fixed standard, calls it only if that standard is met, and states the highest price at which the call still makes sense.
Measure the distance
For every window, NOIR measures how far Bitcoin sits from the price to beat, relative to how far it would usually move in the time remaining. The same distance has a different value with twelve minutes remaining than with two.
Issue a call, or report NO TRADE
If the numbers meet the threshold, NOIR makes one call — ▲ above or ▼ below — with its probability, at the lock time you pick, 1 to 14 minutes before the close. If they don’t, NOIR reports NO TRADE. A locked call is final and never repaints.
State the maximum entry price
Every call includes a maximum entry price, based on the setup’s own history, fees included. If the market price is above that level, the edge no longer holds at that price, and the call should not be taken.
03 — ON THE CHART
What the chart shows
Each element has a clear job. Together, they show where price is, where it is likely to settle, what call was made, and why — at a glance, on desktop or phone.
TRADE READPrice is below the price to beat by more than the move expected in the time remaining. Volume, trend and chop are shown as context only.
The Strike Zone THE FRAME
The live window inside a gold frame. The range cone shows where price can still travel in the time remaining; the price trail shows where it has been.
Probability heat map THE DISTRIBUTION
A vertical band beside the window showing the distribution of probable settlement prices. Brighter sections indicate where settlement is more likely.
The panel THE CALL
Direction, probability, maximum entry price, price to beat, and time remaining — always in the same order, and easy to read on a phone.
Trade Read THE EXPLANATION
A short written summary of each call. The call is based on distance, volatility, and time. The Trade Read adds context — volume, trend, and chop — so you can see the conditions behind every call.
04 — NO TRADE
When the threshold is not met, NOIR reports NO TRADE. No position is taken in that window.
NOIR does not make a call in every window. When distance, volatility, and time left do not support a probability of at least 80%, the result is NO TRADE. Sitting out is part of the process: it keeps you out of setups that don’t meet the bar.
Traders on Kalshi- and Coinbase-style 15-minute Bitcoin markets who want a clear process: one call per window that meets the threshold, a stated maximum entry price, and no call when the setup isn’t strong enough.
- RULE 01One call per window. Once locked, it is final and does not change.
- RULE 02Below an 80% probability, NOIR makes no call. You can change the threshold in the settings.
- RULE 03Above the maximum entry price, the call should not be taken, regardless of the directional view.
- RULE 04Every call and every NO TRADE result includes a Trade Read. It explains the call — distance, volatility, and time — and adds context: volume, trend, and chop.
- RULE 05NOIR gives information only. It does not place trades, manage money, or guarantee results.
05 — FEATURES
Included features
All features below are included in the single subscription. There are no tiers and no paid add-ons.
One locked call per window
▲ / ▼ or NO TRADE, locked at the time you pick — 1 to 14 minutes before the close. Once locked, the call is final and never repaints.
Probability threshold
Calls are made only at 80%+ probability by default. You can change the threshold in the settings.
Maximum entry price (≤ ¢)
The highest price per contract at which an edge remains for that setup, based on the setup’s own history, fees included.
Strike Zone
The live window inside a gold frame, with a range cone and a live price trail, designed to be read quickly on desktop or phone.
Probability heat map
A visual distribution of probable settlement prices for the window, shown alongside the Strike Zone.
Trade Read
A written summary of every call and NO TRADE result. The call is based on distance, volatility, and time; volume, trend, and chop are shown as context only.
Timing heat map
Results by lock timing — today, all-time, and blended — so you can pick your timing based on hypothetical results.
Analytics
Recent results, a hypothetical equity curve, and a prop-firm challenge simulator, shown in the panel.
Alerts
Alerts by app notifications, email, and Discord/webhooks when each call locks, including the full Trade Read. Webhooks require a paid TradingView plan.
Any timeframe, from 1 second
Works on any chart timeframe from one second upward. All calculations use one-minute data, so the result is the same on every chart setting.
06 — METHOD & ALERTS
Method and alerts
In plain terms: how each call is reached, and how you hear about it when it locks. The general approach is explained below.
Method
The calculation compares the distance between price and the price to beat with the distance price would usually move in the time remaining. A large distance with little time left gives a higher probability. A small distance with a lot of time left gives a lower probability, and will usually result in NO TRADE.
The call is based on distance, volatility, and time. The Trade Read adds context (volume, trend, chop) so you can see the conditions behind every call. Volume, trend, and chop do not affect the call.
Alerts
You do not need to watch the chart all the time. When a call locks, you get an alert with the direction, probability, maximum entry price, and Trade Read — by app notifications, email, or Discord/webhooks.
Webhooks require a paid TradingView plan. App notifications and email alerts are available on TradingView’s standard alert settings.
▲ ABOVE · 87% · MAXIMUM ENTRY ≤ 79¢
PRICE TO BEAT $83,353 · 4:00 TO CLOSE
READ: Distance 2.1× the expected move in the time left.
Context only: volume, trend, and chop — they do not affect the call.
SAMPLE ALERT — NOT A REAL SIGNAL.
NOTE: WEBHOOKS REQUIRE A PAID TRADINGVIEW PLAN.
